This is a Private ‘Swingers Lifestyle Club’. A private club where anyone solo or in a committed/open relationship is open to engaging in sexual activity with other people. With consent anyone over 21 years on can observe, ‘Play’ (join others in sexual play), or mingle within this establishment. You must already have knowledge of Consent, Swinging and what it means before entering the club (see section 1.10 to 1.12). Even if (20 people say ‘Yes’) and (1 person says ‘No’) that ‘No’ overrules all of those others who said ‘Yes’. The lifestyle encourages and values ‘Play’ honesty, discussing boundaries with every partner, and respecting what every person is comfortable with. If you are in a committed relationship, we recommend discussing clear boundaries before entering the club, whether you enter alone or together. If you are all clear on your boundaries then all parties will be more comfortable. There is less of a chance of any miscommunication, when it comes to upset feelings such as jealousy or feeling left out.
1.0 The Reel One is a private club available to members and guests, but not open to the public. You must be at least 21 years of age and you must abide by all the stated and posted regulations. I agree to abide by all club rules and regulations. I certify under penalty of perjury that I am not a law enforcement officer of any federal, state or local government and not working for or on behalf of any law enforcement agency. I further certify that I am not an agent, affiliate or employee of any publication, the press, news, or online media. I have no purpose of entering the club to cause any harm, harass, or invade the privacy of the Reel One club, its staff, sponsors, or guests.
1.1 Any activity that takes place inside, should remain private. What happens at the Club, stays at the Club. WHAT and WHO you see no one else’s business. Keep it to yourself and respect everyone’s privacy. If found in violation, you will be expelled, automatically banned from the website & club, and subject to legal repercussions. Legal action may be brought against the violator for invasion of privacy or whatever grounds may be appropriate. By signing you understand and agree that all activities inside the club shall remain PRIVATE.
1.2 Proper clothing must be worn into the Lobby and Outside. As well as any sexual acts are not allowed in the Lobby or Outside. These are public areas so you have to be covered and follow the law regarding public nudity. (This excludes the Patio, because it is obscured from the public's view.) No acts within the private club shall be considered to be “public acts” nor shall any member or guest be considered to be in the public while within the club.
1.3 The per user entry fee (aka.’Door Fee’) is solely for use during one event, for the use of the club’s premises and facilities. The club does not guarantee or imply in any matter that you will be able to view or participate in any activities, of any consenting adult sexual nature. By signing the corresponding form, you choose to enter this private club, The Reel One, of your own free will. That you are not offended by nudity or explicit sexual activity.
1.4 Anyone that enters is considered a ‘guest’ for their first 2 visits. This means you just have to pay the door fee. After everyone is required to have an active membership (or pay the month cost with door fee), for every visit. At the door you must pay for a month's membership if your profile has not been approved online, has expired, is not active, etc. By signing you understand and agree that you will be required to apply and pay for your own membership after your 2nd visit. Hereafter the reference to ‘Guest, Member, You, I, Participants, Persons’ shall be used interchangeably, because everything stated applies to everyone. (as in Section 2.3 to 2.6)
1.5 NO cell phones, smart devices or smart watches will be allowed inside the club. If you bring a cell phone/watch you MUST put it on silent in a phone locker or take it to your car. If phone lockers are full and you are in a pouch; pouches will be at the hostess stand after 2:45am. To obtain the devices; you will be escorted to the front door, then given any devices in the lobby on your way out.
1.6 NO cameras recording equipment of any kind, either audio or video will be permitted inside the club or on the property. This includes club members or any direct or indirect employee of the press or media of any kind. Such devices in whole or part will be confiscated. If found in violation, you will be expelled, automatically banned from the club, and subject to legal repercussions. Legal action may be brought against the violator for invasion of privacy or whatever grounds may be appropriate.
1.7 ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS! There are designated smoking/vaping areas. The possession or use of any illegal or controlled substances will not be allowed in the club or on the property. If found with drugs, you will be expelled and automatically banned from the club.
1.8 NO prostitution in any form will be tolerated. NO soliciting sex for monetary gain, and absolutely NO money exchanged between members. This means NO selling of products or services, NO recruiting for other events or services of any kind. If found to do so you will be expelled and automatically banned from the club.
1.9 NO weapons are permitted inside the club. Such as guns, pocket knives, pepper spray, etc, you will be asked to put them back in your car. NO fighting! Never put your hands on anyone, get a staff member or security. NO verbal or physical disrespect of members, guests or staff will be tolerated.
1.10 No talking politics, religion, business, or any other organized group affiliation. No gang symbols, colors, flags, signs of any affiliated group. No associated paraphernalia will be tolerated.
1.11 NO discrimination against individuals on the basis of race, ethnicity, color, religion, national origin, culture, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy, pregnancy- related conditions, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any member of the LGBTQIA+ community. No body shaming! NO Hate speech, insulting slurs, any form of verbal harassment meant to represent or offend any persons will not be tolerated. We welcome all walks of life. If you feel you might be offended by any sexual expressions from anyone, please do not attend. If found in violation you will be automatically banned from the club and website.
1.12 You will be scanned by security via a metal detector, at every entry throughout the event. The club has the right at their discretion to inspect all parcels brought inside the club, including purses. You may be asked to lock up belongings at any time. When entering or leaving the club only use the main entrance. All other doors are emergency exits only, and an alarm will sound. Please limit going in and out of the club. If it is excessive, you will be told to either stay in or leave. After 3am if you are outside you are not allowed back in, doors lock at 2:30am. No one is there to hear you or let you back in. No loitering will be allowed in the parking lot or around the building at any time.
1.13 You will be liable for damages of property caused by yourself, and/or any guests of my attending associates. If found in violation you will be expelled, automatically banned from the club, and subject to legal repercussions. You will pay in full for any damages and legal action may be brought against the violator on whatever grounds may be appropriate. This also applies to Theft of personal possessions is a bannable offense. The Reel One is not liable to any damage or theft of possessions on the property.
1.14 You must speak and understand English to be admitted to the club. You can not enter if you don't speak english. We have rules. If you can't understand them then you can not come in. Consent cannot be given if you don't speak the same language. There can and will be no misunderstandings due to any language barriers.
1.15 NO means NO in any way shape or form for all gender types. CONSENT IS EVERYTHING! If you feel unsafe let staff or security know immediately. Respect other members rights, don’t be pushy or a pest. Always be courteous when watching someone in action from the doorway or anywhere else. Be respectful of others’ personal space and possessions. Keep your distance unless asked to join.
1.16 NEVER try to knock or open a closed door! NEVER remove a chain that is across an entrance. If found in violation, you will be expelled, automatically banned from the club at the sole discretion of the Reel One staff.
2.0 If you bring alcohol to the club, you must label it with your name. Reel One does not sell, serve or distribute any alcohol. All alcohol left at the club will be discarded. If you are highly intoxicated when you arrive, you will not be let in. If you become so you will be put in a safe space to rest or sent home in a car service at your expense. We will NOT tolerate excessive intoxication. We reserve the right to ask you to limit your alcohol intake, or to not drink while attending. If you are becoming obnoxious and unruly, you will be told to leave.
2.1 Clean up after yourself. Remove dirty linens and place in designated hampers. These are found in the closet across from the restrooms upstairs. The theater room hamper is located in the locker room. Alert staff only when absolutely needed; if a situation needs extra assistance or is unmanageable. If you leave the room in any condition worse than how you found it, you will be subject to a fee at the sole discretion of the Reel One staff. If it is repetitive you will have to put a deposit down for an overnight room at the door, or you will be unable to get a room overnight.
2.2 We encourage everyone to bring, discuss test results, and ask every partner for their test results. Practice safe sex. Talk openly to all your partners, get tested, seek medical steps, use protection, wash thoroughly before and after sex. We rely on trust. You and your partners deserve complete transparency with any member. If Reel One becomes aware of any rumors or hersey involving any persons and their results, we respect their privacy. We also have the right to protect all of our members. As such we reserve the right to verify any person's updated test results before re-entry to the club. You don't have to show us if you don't want to, but you will not be allowed to enter the club until you do. We must receive an email or paper copy of the results. We will be as discreet as possible, The Damien Center Is often here on Saturdays for free testing around 8pm to midnight.
2.3 Any current member can bring guests, It is your responsibility to inform your guests about what the establishment is, before entering the lobby. All guests must have a proper non-expired physical ID to enter the club. You must be over 21 to enter the Reel One.
2.4 A single male member may bring a couple or a partner as a guest, but CAN NOT bring more than one straight cis male friend. (too many Cowboys) a couple may bring any number of couples, females or single male.
2.5 No single males on the top floor after 3am. For overnight rooms Couples and Single Females get priority. No top floor overnight rooms for Single Males at all. We have pull out couches on the main and bottom floor. The theater room in the basement if available or one of the lofts by the pool table, you must go on the waiting/overnight list at the front window. The rooms fill up by first come first served. At the window, we put your name down for the room you want, then only after 3am the person at the hostess stand will give you your room key.
2.6 All phone box keys or room keys missing the next day will have a $20.00 fee charged to their membership account. If the key isn’t dropped in the key-drop before you leave you will have to pay the fee, regardless if it's found by staff or you bring it in later. You must pay the fee to get back into the Club. For every visit after, if it is not returned at all, you will be charged a $10.00 fee to get in Everytime! We do this for everyone's security and privacy. WE MUST HAVE ALL OUR KEYS BACK!
3.0 Reel One reserves the right to ban anyone. Reel One at their discretion reserves the right to not allow any person into the establishment. The staff has the right to ask anyone to leave the premises at any time. The Reel One has the right to charge applicable fees or file lawsuits against any person. These actions are at the sole discretion of the Reel One staff. The membership of any person who doesn’t obey the rules will be revoked. If you are expelled from the club for disregarding rules, there will be no refund of fees.
3.1 Reel One follows the law! We have never and will never serve alcohol as a B.Y.O.B. establishment, as stated in section 1.14. We check everyone's ID as stated in section 3.1. There is never any illegal activities as mentioned above, at the Reel One. This establishment follows ‘The Lifeline Law’, and will never assist in aiding and abetting, etc. The Reel One is exempt from any liability resulting from the following examples. Public intoxication (IC 7.1-5-1-3) “It’s illegal to be drunk in a public place if your behavior is annoying, alarming, disruptive, or dangerous.” Intoxication upon a common carrier (IC 7.1-5-1-6) “It’s illegal to be drunk or high on public transportation, or around bus stations, airports, etc.” The Reel One is not liable if anyone is ever unknowingly dosed, receives automotive property damage, any outside rumors of any members, crimes committed before or after entering the club, and all other corresponding liabilities.
3.2 By signing the admission form I understand all club rules, etiquette, etc. and I will comply with these, and future club rules that may apply to me, as a guest. Each participant shall abide by applicable federal and state statutes and club regulations. A signed assumption of risk form is required of all participants. If privately owned vehicles are utilized, all drivers must meet the applicable auto liability required by the state. Any damages shall be the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
3.3 Prior to entry each participant shall complete a participant agreement form. Each participant must sign a Participant Agreement and Assumption of Risk Form. The filing of such forms shall be a condition for participation in any club event or activities. By signing you state:
3.4 “I desire to participate in the following activity, and I fully understand the dangers, hazards, and risks inherent in the Activity, (in the transportation to and from) the Activity, which dangers include but are not limited to sextual acts, and which also could include serious or even mortal injuries and property damage. I agree to release and hold harmless The Reel One of any liabilities arising out of participation in this establishment, in accordance with current state and federal law. Knowing the dangers, hazards, and risks of such activities, and in consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activity, on behalf of myself I, the undersigned, agree to assume all the risks and responsibilities surrounding my participation in the Activity, the transportation to the Activity, and in any independent events or activities undertaken as an adjunct thereto, and in advance release, waive, forever discharge, and covenant not to sue the Reel One or it’s employees, and any current member acting as approved sponsor (hereafter called “Staff”), from and against any and all liability for any harm, injury, damage, loss, claims, demands, conditions, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses of any nature that I may have or that may hereafter accrue to me, arising out of or related to including but not limited to the above, suffering, infestation, contracting any disease or infection (section 2.2), and death, that may be sustained by me or by any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence or carelessness of the Staff, or otherwise, while in, on, upon, or in transit to or from the premises where the Activity, or any adjunct to the Activity, occurs or is being conducted.”
3.5 “In signing the disclosure statement, I acknowledge and represent that I have fully informed myself of the content of the foregoing waiver of liability and hold harmless agreement by reading it before I sign it, and I understand that I sign this document as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written statement, have been made. I am voluntarily participating in this activity, despite the possible dangers and risks and despite this disclosure statement. I further state that I am at least 21 years of age and fully competent to sign this agreement; and that I execute this release for full, adequate, and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by the same. I further state that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude or restrict my participation in this activity, and that I have adequate health insurance necessary to provide for and pay any medical costs that may be attendant as a result of injury to me. I further agree that this Release shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.”
4.0 NDA legal regarding any lawsuit outside, legal litigation, or stated on this ‘Official Club Rules’. Violation of Section 1.1 of this Agreement is incorporated herein by reference as will result in you being sued for slander or obligated to resulting consequences at the discretion of Reel One. In any court case, you are never to disclose what had or has happened at the club. This includes but is not limited to disclosing Who you see, What you see, When you have seen it, Where you have seen it or Why you have seen it. Such things as disclosing confidential Reel One business information or original copyright ideas/creations to competitors, using proprietary data for personal gain. Failing to secure documents, belongings, leading to unauthorized public disclosure. Breaching the terms of an NDA by discussing confidential information with media outlets or in a court of law, etc. Any violation of any Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can result in legal consequences, including financial penalties, lawsuits, etc.
4.1 As the Reel One’s NDA is part of these contract’s rules, The club is exempt (from section 1.1) only when other parties have violated the contract first. The penalties and remedies for a violation can vary depending on the nature of the information disclosed, and the applicable jurisdiction. By entering I agree to all of the above. By entering I also understand I have to, and will uphold all of the above till the end of time, even if I am to be banned or subject to legal consequences. If I am ever involved in any disagreement inside or with any members outside of the club resulting in a lawsuit, I understand I can not bring up any of the above mentioned as it pertains to the Reel One.
I am entering the Reel One private lifestyle club as a (guest / member). I understand and agree that I am required to apply and pay for my own membership after my 2nd visit. I hereby declare that I am over 21 years old. I certify under penalty of perjury that I am not any type of agent. I will not harm, harass, or invade the privacy of anyone affiliated with Reel One.(Sec 1) I acknowledge and represent that I have fully informed myself of the corresponding content in the ‘Official Club Rules’. I understand and agree to sign: Participant Agreement and Assumption of Risk Form.(Sec 3) The Waiver of Liability & hold Harmless Agreement.(Sec 3) Non-Disclosure Agreement.(Sec 4) That by attending any Reel One events the fees, policies and any additional rules will be followed. That I will be liable for damages of property caused by me, & any guests of my attending associates.(Sec 1&2) Following all the above, I agree, understand, & sign this document as my own free act & deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written statement, have been made.
